Ms. Whitney F. Martinez, [M.A. | C.G.S. |M.B.A.] is a [Singer🎵|Songwriter✍🏽] & [Ph.D.📚] student at Claremont Graduate University in Southern California. She serves as an Adjunct Professor [👩🏽‍🏫|👑] in the Political Science departments at the University of LaVerne & Chaffey College. She has served as a Research Assistant to the Dean of Students at the Drucker School of Management, Dr. Jenny Darroch & to the past President of Claremont Graduate University, Dr. Robert Kiltgaard. She is the former Vice-President of Marketing & Communications for the Drucker School Student Association. She is the Founding President of the Performing Arts | Community Service organization, Phenomenal Voices [🎤|🎶] & the 2018-2019 President of the Graduate Student Council at CGU. Whitney is a professional speech writer, speaker, poet and performer. She has delivered speeches for orientation, commencement & inauguration ceremonies and has performed at university admitted students day & academic year opening events. [🎙PoliticalSongstress🎙] is a fusion of her two PASSIONS – Performing Arts & Public Policy. Her research interests include mental health, homelessness & unemployment for disabled veterans, global environmental policy, women’s rights, education in developing countries & politics [corruption], culture & business in the Middle East & Southeast Asia. She has traveled around the world to study political systems, business strategies [leadership] & cultural identity, including to [London, United Kingdom🇬🇧 | Paris, France🇫🇷 | Vietnam🇻🇳 | Cambodia🇰🇭 | Thailand🇹🇭 | New Zealand🇳🇿 | Ghana, Africa🇬🇭 | Singapore 🇸🇬 | Hong Kong🇭🇰 | Jamaica 🇯🇲 | United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪 | Japan🇯🇵 & Hawaii 🏴 ]. She was featured in “The Inland Empire’s Daily Bulletin” paper publication and on CBS television network affiliates in upstate New York. She has been singing Pop, Jazz, Rhythm & Blues, and Contemporary spiritual music for over 10 years & she also plays the piano.
